12 Buckden Roundabout August 2022 Village News Buckden Youth Club Who are we? We are a youth club aiming to give the young people of the area somewhere safe, relaxed and fun to spend time with their friends. We run for those in school years 7 to 11. The club is run by a group of volunteers who have been through the appropriate safeguarding training and are all DBS cleared. We have been successfully running this group since Octo- ber 2018 with a break due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. Where are we? We run weekly during term time on Thursdays 7.00 - 8.00pm at Buckden Towers. What do we offer? We have several activities and re- sources available each week including: • Playstation 4 with the latest games • Football/outdoor games area • Tuck shop stocking various sweet treats, crisps and soft drinks • Milkshake Bar offering a number of different fla- vours • Board Games and Cards • Arts and Crafts • Chill out space We will open on 15 th September for the Autumn Term.
