CCTV around the Hall building With the school summer holidays in full swing, I just wanted to remind everyone that the building does have CCTV cameras covering the entire building, in- cluding the doorways … Bicycle rack Thank you to Buckden Parish Council which has paid for the new bicycle racks out the front of the Hall. They have also installed some in the High Street too. Conference Rooms for hire We have three conference rooms that are great for corporate bookings, plus the main Hall for larger meetings/training sessions. We have reduced hire rates for residents of Buckden/Stirtloe/Diddington so if you would rather walk to your next meeting than get stuck in traffic, please email me! We can also offer refreshments/buffet lunch so we are a one - stop - shop for your meeting needs! Parents will also have the oppor- tunity to stay after the event for tea and cake served by the children. As we didn ’ t want to restrict numbers for families, we are really grateful to Father David for agreeing to hold this service in St Mary's Church to enable this to happen. As we come to the end of term we also would like to take this opportunity to say a sincere thank you to those members of staff that are moving on. They have contributed significantly during their time at Buckden and we will always be thankful for the impact that they have had on the children during their time at our school. They will be missed and we wish them eve- ry success in their new endeavours. We wish everyone a safe and happy summer break and we look forward to seeing everyone in September, no doubt all the children being a little bit taller! (Buckden School continued from page 16)
