11 Buckden Roundabout July 2020 Buckden lockdown help BLPSPA 200 Club The Buckden and Little Paxton Surgeries Patients Associa- tion (BLPSPA) wish to inform past members of its 200 Club that we decided not to seek to renew their mem- berships in April or May, given the abnormal circum- stances of the Lockdown, which we have all been living under. We considered it too risky to try to renew these memberships during this period, given that the process of renewal involves some personal contact, including home visits. As we now emerge from Lockdown we are currently reviewing the situation, and would hope to soon be able to restart the 200 Club and to re - establish contact with our members. Funds raised through the 200 Club help to purchase equipment for the two surgeries, in Buckden and Little Paxton, and provide resources that are valued by the health professionals working in those settings. Our committee will be in contact with members in the near future, in communicating the next steps in renewing memberships, in which we will be inviting previous mem- bers to re - join the 200 Club. We will also be seeking to recruit new members at that stage, and in so doing demonstrate our continuing support for Buckden and Little Paxton Surgeries and their staff. Rob Gardiner (Chair) | Sheena Wilkinson (Treasurer) | Marjorie Wain (200 Club/Buckden Representative)
