9 Buckden Roundabout June 2022 For Your Diary MONDAY CLUB We are a social group of ladies who meet fortnightly at 2.30pm in the Millard Suite at Buckden Village Hall. At each meeting we either have a guest speaker or partici- pate in an activity of our own. We then enjoy a cup of tea and biscuits, and participate in a raffle. Sat 4 June Seniors Tea Party in the Village Hall 3 - 5pm (instead of usual meeting Monday 6th June) 20 June Recording of Stan Smith, the Buckden Station Master; and letters from the Tollington Boys, evacuated to Buckden during the war. Non - members are welcome to attend but will not be allowed to vote. Until the COVID lockdown, each walker had ac- cess to a walks brochure. You may be pleased to hear that the walk organisers are “ in the process of getting a brand new bro- chure made which will list all the walks.... ”.
