The staff are missing the children and their families but we hope they are all keeping well. Stay home and stay safe! The Preschool has recently welcomed a new member of staff, Miss Charlene, who is starting her Level 3 training. She and Miss Nicola have been busy making some changes to the mud kitchen … but it ’ s a secret, so the children will have to wait until they return to Preschool to see what they ’ ve been up to! Do keep an eye on our Facebook page, where we are recom- mending activities and linking to Twinkl, which has a huge range of ideas and resources for children of all ages. Easter is swiftly approaching and we are concerned the Easter Bunny might find it hard to deliver to everyone during the lockdown, so in case he doesn ’ t make it, staff and committee members will be leaving Easter gifts, including sunflower and poppy seeds on our pre - schoolers ’ doorsteps. Staff have planned lots of spring activities around planting and growing after the Easter break—now all we need is the chil- dren to come back and enjoy them! There is still a waiting list for new starters when we reopen, and this can be found on our website under the ‘ Our Preschool ’ tab. Finally, a big thank you to Frosts of Brampton for their dona- tion of fruit, vegetables and bulbs for the children to grow on their return. We really appreciate their generosity! Committee enquiries: contact Jo Chillmaid (Chairperson) at buckdenpreschoolchairperson@gmail.com or on 07393650084.
