Wellbeing walks are for you if you will enjoy about an hour of group - walking at a non - race pace, under the guidance of trained leaders. Whilst the routes have been safety - assessed, walkers are urged to match the days' prevailing outdoor condi- tions with suitable footwear and clothing. Out of the eight different walks chosen for November, one – on Wednesday the 16 th at 2pm – is the “ Buckden Village ” walk which is from the village hall in Burberry Road (post code PE19 5UY). The other seven walks are in the new leaflet which [hopefully] you will find at the Library and at the Mayfield Sur- gery. Pick one up soon before they run out! To ensure that the walk leader knows that you are joining the day's walk, please check in with him/her at the venue 5 - 10 minutes before it moves off, and then enjoy the walk - experience.
