21 Buckden Roundabout October 2021 Village News October 2021 We have been back to normal opening hours for a num- ber of weeks now, with visitor numbers steadily in- creasing. It ’ s been great to see so many of you! With kids back at school, don ’ t forget you can call in at the end of the day on both Tuesdays and Thursdays. We have a fantastic range of both fiction and non - fiction for young people, and plenty for parents too. Whilst we are still limiting numbers in the building to provide space, we are unable to run our groups and events. However, new assessments are in hand and in due course we hope to be able to ease the numbers restriction. Please keep an eye on the library window and local Facebook pages for up to date information on the return of old favourites such as Rhymetime, Lego club and Engage events … Running a local event or re - starting a club? Don ’ t forget to drop a poster in to the library – we can add it to our notice board which is filling up nicely again. Your local library is open four days a week: • Tuesday – 10am – 1pm, and 2pm – 5pm • Thursday – 2 – 5pm • Friday – 4 – 7pm • Saturday – 10am – 1pm We are continuing to ask all staff and visitors to wear a face covering whilst in the building, use hand sanitiser on entering, and to respect each others ’ space when using the library. Our library computers are still available for you to use, and there is no longer any need to book in advance. Can ’ t get to us? Then we can come to you. Our Library at Home service is operating and can deliver books to you. Get in touch with Buckden library or our customer service team on the number below to find out more.
