9 Buckden Roundabout September 2020 St Mary ’ s Church ST MARY ’ S OPENING ARRANGEMENTS You are all are very welcome to join us for the prayer times and services that are running in church. However, please note that numbers are limited and, due to problems with the water supply, there are no toilet facilities available at this time. The days and times may change, so please do check before visiting. Please comply with the safety measures in place and always wear a mask / face - covering. Please note, there is currently no coffee/tea after the service, no toilets available & the children ’ s corner is not in use. For those unable to or uncomfortable with coming into church, our online services continue too. Monday & Friday Private Prayer 10am to 4pm Wednesday Communion 9.30am . Sunday Service 11am . ST MARY ’ S VIRTUAL WORSHIP, PRAYER AND SUPPORT WILL CONTINUE Sunday Service via Facebook and YouTube: A short liturgy, sermon and pewsheet are provided on the website and by email; a video of the service is uploaded to Facebook and YouTube in advance of 11am each Sunday. Weekday Services via Zoom: Evening prayer at 7pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (see website for details) Saturday Coffee via Zoom: Join our Virtual Saturday Coffee Session via Zoom at 11am (see website for details). Teams can walk, cycle or drive between local churches. This new initiative from Buckden & District Churches Together launches on September 14 th . Annual Meetings: Sunday 27 th September 12.15pm Election of churchwardens 12.25pm Annual Parochial Church Meeting All are welcome to attend. There are vacancies for PCC, Deanery Synod and churchwarden. Those on the church or civic electoral roll may vote in the election of churchward- ens. Those on the church electoral roll may vote in the PCC elections. There are nomination forms at the back of church and on the website.
