The Buckden Village Plan has been adopted by the Parish Council and was launched at the Annual Parish Meeting on 17th June 2014. The Village Plan was developed after consulting the residents of Buckden.

Dig those cameras out! After the success of the Parish Council Photo Competition in 2013, we are planning to run the competition again this year.

HDC have issued a draft planning document on wind turbines and invited comments from the public.

The Annual Parish Meeting will be held at the Village Hall on Tuesday 17th June at 7pm. There will be presentations from Village organisations and the Buckden Village Plan will be launched.

UK Power Networks has issued a document which informs users how to report a power cut. The document also explains about the Priority Service Register of vulnerable customers who receive extra help during a power cut.

The latest A14 roadshow kicks off next week and will be in Buckden Village Hall  on Friday 11th April 2-8pm.

Huntingdon District Council has agreed to the grouping of Diddington with Buckden Parish Council. The change will take effect from 22nd May 2014.
