Protecting our hospital

Earlier this year Hinchingbrooke Health Care NHS Trust and Peterborough and Stamford Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust announced a collaborative working agreement between the two Trusts.

Buckden Parish Council has received notice of a speculative outline planning application to build approximately 180 new homes adjacent to Buckden.

It is proposed that the estate would be built in the fields behind The Osiers and Springfield Close, with the access in Lucks Lane just after the Springfield Close junction.

The East Anglian Film Archive is organising a free event at Buckden library to show material from the film archives about the region.

In October the Care Quality Commission will inspect Hinchingbrooke Healthcare NHS Trust. Prior to the inspection the CQC inspection team are really keen to hear from people who have used the services at the Trust. A public listening event will be held on Tuesday 20th October to give people the opportunity to share their experiences with the inspection team  – please see the attached poster for more details.
