Buckden Roundabout

May 2019

Huntingdonshire Health Walk Scheme April 2019

The group now has a choice of almost 30 safe walks, led by

trained walk leaders. These happen on Wednesdays at 2pm

and Fridays at 10am, excluding Good Friday.

So in May, there will be 10 walks, one of which will be from

Buckden Village Hall

on the

15th May

.

Note that Godmanchester walks now start/finish at The Black

Bull Pub, 32 Post Street, Godmanchester, PE29 2AQ).

It is important to wear all-weather clothing and footwear, and

carry a bottle of drinking water to avoid dehydration.

The scheme includes (free) insurance cover and is also subsi-

dised, so voluntary contributions are gratefully received. De-

tails appear in the brochure. Venues are normally close to after

-walk refreshment areas and the usual facilities.
