first Tuesday of each month

in the morn-

which they can provide then do call in – and if you require

transport to the Village Hall then call us on the number below.

If you haven’t had your

With the nights drawing in and the weather getting colder, if

anyone needs support with village shopping or errands during

bad weather, don’t hesitate to get in touch. Also, if anyone is

housebound during the coming months and would like a visit

from one of our volunteers then give us a call on the Coordi-

nator’s number below and we will see

what we can do to help. And if anyone

would like to join us and be a volunteer

The Marine World -

A Natural History of Ocean Life

The Huntingdonshire Local Group of the Wildlife Trust invites

you to listen to this fascinating talk on

Wednesday 13

th

November 2019 at 7.30pm.

Dr. Frances Dipper is an author, lecturer and independent

marine consultant, whose major work, ‘The Marine World: A

Natural History of Ocean Life,’ has been published recently.

Frances will describe an immense three-dimensional living

space inhabited by marine life that varies from the mundane

to the bizarre. Its salty influence extends along river estuar-

ies, over seashores, and inland with brine-laden spray.

Anyone who is interested is most welcome to attend.

Meetings are held at Brampton Memorial Hall, Thrapston

Road, Brampton, PE28 4TB starting at 7.30pm. Booking not

necessary.
