MONDAY CLUB
We are a social group of retired ladies who meet
fortnightly at 2.30pm in the Millard Room at Buck-
den Village Hall.
We enjoy a cup of tea as we chat and participate in
a raffle. Once a month we aim to organise a speak-
er or activity.
Our meetings for
December 2016
will be:
Monday 5th
: Talk ‘Keeping it in the Family’,
giving advice on wills, Lasting Power of Attor-
ney and protecting your home from care
home fees
Monday 19th
: Christmas cake, Christmas
raffle and Christmas quiz

Huntingdonshire Health Walk Scheme
Huntingdon Group December 2016
Seven Wednesday afternoon and Friday morning
walks are planned this month. The one on the 16th,
the Diddington Doddle, starts at the Village Hall Car
Park at 10am. All walkers are asked to register their
attendance, and new walkers are offered a brochure,
if needed, plus ID and Incentive Cards. However,
there will be no health walks on the 28th and 30th.
Please always carry a small bottle of water, and en-
sure that your footwear and clothing are suitable for
variable ground and weather conditions to match the
day, especially in autumn and winter.
Enjoy a 45-90-minute easy-paced, risk-assessed, so-
ciable health walk, and opt for a hot `cuppa' after-
wards.
Our members all agree that regular health walking is a
worthwhile, friendly exercise, whatever the weather!
