Age UK Cambridgeshire & Peterborough
We will be at Buckden Library on the 1
st
Tuesday of every
month 10am-12pm. The idea of the community hubs is to
promote our Visiting Support Outreach Programme and offer
free information and advice to anyone that needs it, who is
over 65. We offer additional support to people who are expe-
riencing difficult situations such as ill health, bereavement,
financial difficulties or housing concerns. We can also help
with forms, benefits, grants etc..., give advice on falls preven-
tion, and signpost onto other services .

Volunteering Opportunity.
Buckfest 10
will be our biggest and best event yet, and we
can't do it without our brilliant volunteers. There are a
whole host of jobs that you can help with including bar staff
and stewarding, and also behind the scenes jobs too. No
previous experience is necessary - just the willingness to get
stuck in! Volunteers will need to commit a minimum of 3
hours of their time, and in return get free entry to festival ...
more importantly you'll get the warm glow of being part of
a fantastic team and memories of a great day.
Most of our volunteers have such a good time that they
come back year after year! If you want to be part of the
team who deliver Cambridgeshire's best festival, or would
like to find out more.
