Fancy a walk?
How about joining us to help clean up our countryside,
whilst taking in some of the lanes and paths around Buck-
den. Every bottle, bag and bit of plastic we collect is one less
washed down into the river and sea to harm water-life and
enter the food chain.

Two Performances of PLAYBACK THEATRE
At the CLARET CENTRE, BUCKDEN TOWERS
4pm - 5.30pm
Saturday 6 July & Thursday 8 August
FREE – All welcome
Come and be surprised, entertained, enlightened! These are
performances by students on the foundation course of the
School of Playback Theatre UK as part of their training expe-
rience.
Playback Theatre
is an improvisational participatory theatre
form which first started in upstate New York with the origi-
nal Playback Theatre Company in 1975 and has since then
become a worldwide movement with groups and practition-
ers across the globe. They are active in a wide range of appli-
cations... from social services and education, to corporate
training and events, to supporting recovery in trauma and
crisis contexts, as well as community gatherings and celebra-
tions. Inviting personal stories from the audience, and re-
enacting them with artistry and respect, Playback Theatre
has the power to enable dialogue, generate empathy, and
build bridges of understanding between
people.
This event is hosted by the School of
Playback Theatre UK.
