fortnightly at 2.30pm in the Millard Room at Buck-

er or activity.

Our meetings for

November 2016

bags - Sale of good quality handbags,

scarves and purses

Monday 21st

by Scheme - advising on security

Why not come and join us? You’d be most wel-

come! If you require a lift or any further information

please contact Jane Scott on 811468 or Betty Mil-

lard on 810087.

Huntingdonshire Health Walk Scheme

Huntingdon Group November 2016

The group invites you to up-to-nine Wednesday after-

noon/Friday morning health walks this month. One of

them, on the 23rd, the `Buckden Ramble', starts at the

Village Hall Car Park at 2pm,

At the start, you can pick up our brochure, if you don't

have one, and new walkers will also be offered ID-

and Incentive-Cards. It is recommended that walkers

carry a small bottle of water, and wear comfortable

boots/shoes---sometimes, the ground is uneven - and

weather-proof clothing.

Enjoy a 45-90-minute easy-paced, risk-assessed,

health walk, in sociable company; afterwards, a dis-

cretionary hot `cuppa' is usually available. Our mem-

bers will tell you that regular health walking really is a

worthwhile, happy exercise.

For further detailed info., please browse the website**,

or 'phone Doug Finlayson (acting Sports Development

Officer [Health]) on 01480 387047.
